I placed my order for this bed frame on April 8th and it says 5-8 work days. On the website it even says 2-3 days which is extremely misleading. It has now been much longer, and I still have no real update. I even provided preferred delivery dates (April 17, 18, or 20), and none of them were honored or acknowledged.
Every time I contact customer service, I only receive AI-generated replies that don’t answer my questions. I keep asking for a real human agent, but the AI bot just says it will “forward my request to the department,” and then I never hear anything back.
Their phone number is not in use, so there is no way to reach an actual person. Emailing doesn’t help either! I only get automated responses with no information about whether my item is even in stock. If I had known it was out of stock, I would never have ordered. Why sell items under the promise of “fast” or “flexible” shipping if you don’t actually have them available?
I just moved and urgently need this bed frame, so if my order will not arrive by the end of the month, I want a full refund immediately. Or I will escalate things and file a report with my bank, the police and anywhere else I can.
Please contact me directly with a real update from a human. And do not tell me to “email customer service” again. I already have, multiple times, with no result.
